Hi I'm Anna, I live in the lovely market town of Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire, with my husband Guy, our son Bobby, Ozzy & Lily our two English Springer Spaniels and our rescue Cats Annie. I had my first insight into dress making when I attended Bishop Anstey High School on the beautiful island of Trinidad in the West Indies, where I lived for over 2 years due to my fathers work before moving

back to England. In March 2009 I received a life saving double lung transplant for a rare progressive lung disease called Pulmonary Hypertension. Since then I have been searching for a life long ambition and a year ago I decided to take up sewing again. I have Since became a fabric addict and I adore all aspects of sewing especially children's clothing and that's how Sally & Sid came about. Sally & Sid were my wonderful Grandparents, I have the most treasured memories of my childhood days with them. My grandfather enjoyed taking my grandmother clothes shopping, she always wore the most delightful clothes and always looked pristine.
