Endurance day working on increasing power output when fatigued
•
My bag workout today was built around 3 minute rounds working in 15 second sets of low intensity then high. This can be done on either a bag or shadowboxing where you output is at a steady/ low pace for 15 seconds then high throwing hard, fast shots and basic combinations.
When the 3 mins are up you, rest for 1 min then repeat for as many rounds as planned.
