• Adhesives and basecoats for both EPS and Mineral Wool;
• Numerous different top-coat renders, including Silicone Silicate, Mineral and acrylic.
• Special Winter adhesives and top-coats for installs in even the harshest climates. Some colours just seem to be firm favourites 👀

Better performance, while preserving more than 300 years of character.

The Old Greyhound in Billesdon needed more than a straightforward insulation upgrade. As a historic former village pub, the aim was to improve the way the property performed while keeping the features and appearance that made it recognisable.

Working alongside Kooka Group, a 90mm EPS EWI Pro system formed part of a wider whole-house retrofit that also included roof and external detailing upgrades.

Following the works, the wall U-value improved from 1.79 to 0.30 W/m²K, reducing calculated wall heat loss by approximately 83%. The breathable warm roof also achieved a U-value of 0.15 W/m²K.
The finished result is a more thermally efficient property that still looks and feels like The Old Greyhound.

Delivering a modern façade for an important community development.

Griffin Court is a new £31 million Extra Care housing scheme in Hebburn, South Tyneside, providing 95 affordable one and two-bedroom apartments, including specialist dementia-friendly homes.

Working alongside Rend Tech North East Ltd, the project included approximately 1,300m² of 160mm Rockwool Dual Density Mineral Wool External Wall Insulation to Y-wall substrate, alongside 550m² of render-only application to blockwork.

Both areas were completed using EWI-075 Silicone Render in a 1.5mm textured finish, creating a consistent, durable façade across the development.
