I have always been keen on making things for myself. Often when I see things l like in shops I say to myself "I could make that!". I began making gifts for friends and family and am frequently asked to make things for them to give to others. For this reason I decided to create my own shop on Facebook. I am a part-time teacher and mother of two and I absolutely love being creative! I studied art an
d design at university before pursuing a career as a teacher. Now that I only work part-time I find it easier to find time to do the things I love and I love making all of the things that you'll find on this page! Some of the items I am selling are made to order and others, like my bird feeders will vary in style according to the tea cups that I have. As they are made to order they may take up to a week before they are ready to be collected/delivered. Please make sure you are aware of this when you order. For those of you who are wondering about the name for the page, it came about during a family discussion. Rob and I were trying to come up with something original when a small voice from the back of the car said "I really wanna wombat!" It made us laugh so much that we went with it....
