Who would have thought the sound of rain would be so welcome?

I am blessed to live in a lovely leafy environment here In South Yorkshire. My mind throwing back to last Thursday, the very smell of freshly soaked foliage, with dew drops dropping from one glossy green platform to another, it really made the morning. The wildlife was a little extra wild! Like the drizzle on the lemon cake, it was wonderful to witness each creature’s zest for life after being deprived for so long of any rich pickings.

I’m noticing a difference on an evening, at times I’m ready for the cosy wrap!

Here in the photo is e looking absolutely amazing. We loved the total look.

I designed Jane’s pill box to complement her beautiful outfit. Jane favoured simple clean lines which she struggled to buy from ready to wear collections. She asked me to design her a bespoke hat using a James Hare fabric.

It was lovely to take a photo of Eileen in her beautiful garden wearing the hat I designed for her to wear for the Buckingham Palace garden party.

She was invited by the king for her dedication to charity work over many years. In 2015 she founded Donmentia for people affected by dementia.
Looking so wonderful here amongst the flowers.
