Bridal Consultant – Part Time
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bridal Consultant to join our busy, award-winning bridal team.
This role will primarily cover weekends, with additional weekday shifts available when required. As one of the area's busiest bridal stores, we are looking for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and loves helping brides find their dream dress.
What we're looking for:
• Previous retail sales experience is essential
• A confident and friendly personality
• Strong customer service skills
• A proven ability to build rapport and close sales
• Social media knowledge and confidence creating content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude
The role includes:
• Welcoming and assisting brides during appointments
•Helping brides find their perfect wedding dress
•Delivering an exceptional customer experience
•Supporting the day-to-day running of the store
•Creating and appearing in social media content
•Maintaining high store standards
