All our china and glass is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing but as they are pre-loved gilding may show signs of rubbing or factory flaws. However we feel this adds to the appeal, We also love retro, vintage and shabby chic pieces adding new, of

ten one off bespoke items on a regular basis. So don't forget to visit us for that special gift or just to spoil yourself. We also sell vintage items as they are so if you're looking for a missing piece or just want an item to dress a room or occasion, we can find it for you. I love to hear from you if you have questions or queries, don't forget I can custom your china and glass too. All items (not made to order) are dispatched within 1-2 working days on receipt of payment. Items made to order may take up to 10 days. If a certain china is required and not in stock this may take longer to source. Postage varies on items due to size and weight. I only use Royal mail as I have found their standards are higher than other services. All items are packed well to arrive safely in one piece with insurance so this is reflected in the price. Collection is welcome from Barrow upon Humber, North Lincolnshire. You have the right and within 7 days to change your mind after you have received your item. If you wish to cancel I will refund cost and postage of item on receipt of item. You will assume responsibility for return postage. Consumers are under a statutory duty throughout the period of possession of the goods to take reasonable care of them. When returning an item, items should be packaged well like I sent them and you will need a certificate of posting at the minimum. If the item is lost in transit "you" will need to be able to claim compensation. If you receive an item damaged in transit, please contact me and provide a photo within 2 days. All monies including return postage of the item if return requested will be refunded.
