I'm loving this shoe brand right now - Air and Grace. I normally have to break shoes in and, more often than not, have to suffer a few blisters. But not so with this brand. They fit like a dream and are sooooo comfy.

I already have a pair of flats but am tempted with these.

We were lucky to be invited to the recent launch event at the Polo Club Hotel, Southam recently. What an event. The staff were amazing and the hotel screamed luxury. We also met the lovely owners and enjoyed watching the polo. I took a few outfits as I didn't quite know which would be the most appropriate. Here are a few pics of the ones I took. Should out to Domino Style, Leamington Spa. Sales Assistant (not shop owner) but lovely and whilst we were there, there was a lovely lady doing the Insta page for the town. Should out to her too

I love this pic of John Holmes, author of The Evacuee - A True Story. The book was published just in time for VE Day and we took this photo outside the Cenotaph Memo Arts Centre, Barry. It was a beautiful day - so fitting for the occasion.

Mark thoroughly enjoyed working with John Holmes on his book The Evacuee - A True Story and I'm enjoying doing the PR for it. John is 91 and was an evacuee during the war, staying at Caerhays Castle Gardens with 23 other young boys. The book is full of stories of John's life, from his evacuee days to his near death experiences, his loves and losses and everything in between. The book costs £16.95 and is a fantastic read.

We went with John to Caerhays Castle for a book signing and he was received so enthusiastically and sold lots of books!
