Caitlin needed a very particular colour match for her Solo Seal Exam skirts. The Lycra for the SAB was easy enough - and it’s a sustainable nylon fabric - but the chiffon for the longer skirt took a bit of searching but we got there!

I am on holiday this week and this is a taste of what I shall be looking at. No sewing machines, no piles of fabric, no computer!

I will be thinking a bit about the future of Freda Silk and the next steps. It’s easier to plan when you’re away from the noise.

Please comment and let me know what you like best about Freda Silk, what you’d like to see next. Do you mind waiting for handmade as it’s a little more special? Would you like to see more one offs?
