Fabulous service today with amazing support from some new volunteers. We served up a treat with pizza and lasagne from Angelo Pizza And Donuts . Please follow his page as his pizzas are gorgeous and he serves from Shortstown, Sharnbrook and Great Barford. I thoroughly recommend popping to buy his pizzas! Wow one of the most expensive jacket i have worked on, apperantly this cost £600 thin but uber warm, special fabric made by NASA....
I had to put all my knowledge into. Reducing size XL to M, taking away almost 10cm on each sides 8cm on arms, and shortening the sleeve by 10 cm.

I don't post often sorry, but could not to post this one :) Uber proud that I have done it and uber happy the costumer too. Win win ♥️

What a beautiful story, the reason I love doing sewing and back to it after 960 days not posting anything. This story worth posting:

Meet Paul and his 20+ raving jacket he worn when he was 16/18 and he went out with his best friend. It was a long time ago !! There is plenty of wear and tear visible on the jacket, when he brought to me. He asked me to fix/change/restore it to its glory days ! Brings back memories of good times for Paul. It is especially poignant because his best friend…. who he used to go out and party with wearing the jacket .... died couple of days ago. So sad .

It brought tears to my eyes as Paul was saying that in his friends honour he will wear the newly restored jacket to his friend's funeral so that he can be smiling down as those memories are forever.

These sentimental values are priceless ❤️
