How do you like to decorate your home for colder weather? I love the hygge feeling. There's no direct translation but it roughly means "coziness" but even that doesn't quite describe the beauty of what hygge means.

I love getting new warm and stylish blankets, drinking hot chocolate and watching the flames of the fire in my wood burning stove.

Stressing is NOT going to help you. We know this deep down but sometimes our body gets so wound up that we forget that we don't have to feel like this. Breathe through it. If you feel your emotions getting too big to handle. Stop for a few seconds and do not allow yourself to follow the thoughts. Instead follow your breath... in...that pause in between... out... notice the pause before you breathe in again... in... the pause... out. The out breath can be especially helpful to us as we can feel our whole body relaxing. This is how we regain our power. A couple of these breaths will be enough for the emotion to have passed a little and not be as overwhelming. Then you can go back and think about it... NOT stress about it but be able to think clearly and constructively. Good luck everyone.
