A special mention has to go to Fr Boland, who genuinely took me by surprise recently.
Just before the couple began their vows, he actually turned to us as the media team and asked if everything looked good and symmetrical before he continued.
It might sound like such a small thing, but when you work in multiple weddings every week, it really isn’t. While I always like to be as discrete as possible, we’re so used to being told where we can’t stand, being asked to sit on the floor, or even being restricted from capturing moments as important as the bride walking up the aisle.

So to have someone not only acknowledge that we were there to do a job, but actually take a moment to make sure we were happy with how everything looked for the couple, was incredibly kind and thoughtful.
You made our job that little bit easier that day and the fact that such a simple gesture left such an impression probably says a lot. ❤️

Set just outside Verona, their day was everything you want an Italian wedding to be. Cypress-lined gardens, blue and white florals, the dreamiest powder blue aisle and a table setting amongst the greenery under the Italian sun, Bellissimo👌🏽

Leigh was our very first bride to wear Baia & Amur by KYHA Bride from the Waterlines collection. The lace two-piece couldn’t have been more perfect for the setting. A structured corset, full lace skirt and a lace edge veil that felt very Italian chic.

The biggest congratulations to you both. We absolutely loved helping you find your bridal look 🤍

For a limited few days, over 200 Ivy & White samples will be leaving our rails including pieces from some of our most loved designers, past collections and gowns we’re finally ready to let go of.

Some you’ll recognise. Some have never made it to sale before. Prices between £200 and £500 across a range of sizes.

Appointments are limited and when a gown goes, it goes.

Set within the breathtaking grounds of Palé Hall, a five star Victorian country estate nestled in the Dee Valley, Kate and Matt’s wedding felt like stepping into a modern fairytale. Surrounded by rolling Welsh countryside, centuries-old architecture and beautifully curated gardens, every part of the day blended timeless elegance with effortless romance.

At the heart of the celebration was Kate’s extraordinary bridal look. Kate became the very first bride to wear Clémentine by Tom Sébastien a gown destined to become iconic.

Crafted from intricate French beaded lace and finished with delicate freshwater pearls, Clémentine is a romantic ballgown built around a sculptural Victorian-inspired corset. The softly flowing tulle skirt creates incredible movement while the elongated waistline enhances the silhouette with understated drama. We adored meeting Kate so effortlessly beautiful with an infectious energy, she brought so much fun into the boutique from the moment she arrived. Her fashion-forward style and confidence made her the perfect match for a gown as distinctive as Clémentine.

The look was completed with an ethereal lace cathedral veil, creating some of the most breathtaking bridal portraits beneath the historic stone façade of Palé Hall.
