I took my two children for their eye tests and was really pleased with the experience. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming, and the optician was very thorough and made sure both children were comfortable throughout. A really friendly and professional service, I would definitely recommend!

Really lovely experience at Stratton Opticians. The customer service was genuine, friendly and welcoming throughout. I came in with my 3 young children, which is not always the easiest way to attend an appointment, but I never once felt judged or like we were an inconvenience. Everyone was patient and kind, and made the whole experience feel relaxed. Really appreciated it and would definitely recommend them.
