We enjoy building relationships with our customers and when we have awesome, friendly and helpful customers, it really makes our jobs easier and allows us to create the perfect bouquet for them. We can get a sense of their personality through the conversations and communication we have with them. We feel even more confident that we are creating a truly bespoke and tailored product for our customer.
