Lystras headpiece for Royal Ascot this year was definitely a labour of love! This piece was reworked more than four times as it wasn’t sitting on the head properly. Although it looks very simple, the closer you look , more details are seen. I wanted to recreate the flowers that were on her dress, this was the inspiration and classic black & white.
It’s a heavy piece but Lystra just went with it and made it work wonderfully
