Last week I introduced my brand new range of baby milestone cards, and I was so overwhelmed by all the lovely messages. 🤍

My goal is simple… to bring you adorable baby bits at the lowest prices possible, without compromising on quality.

Thank you so much for your patience while we’ve been settling into life as a family of five 💗

To make sure I don’t miss out on these precious moments with my little baba, I’ll be introducing a small order limit for now. This will help me keep up with orders while still soaking up all the newborn cuddles.

My next post will be our baby announcement and honestly, that feels equal parts terrifying and exciting!

Thank you all so much for your orders, support, messages and kindness. Every purchase has meant so much to me and my family, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you.

I’m not sure when I’ll be reopening just yet, but I’ll keep you all updated when the time comes.

For now, it’s time to meet our little one.

As a small business owner, this is a post I never really wanted to make, but unfortunately it’s become necessary.

Over the past several months, I’ve had a number of completed orders that have remained uncollected despite customers being notified that they are ready. In fact, I still have some orders here from November 2025.

As many of you know, Mama’s Hatch is run from my family home. As a busy working mum of two (with baby number three on the way!), I simply don’t have the space to store orders indefinitely or the time to repeatedly chase collections.

For this reason, I have introduced a new collection policy:

✨ No order will be started until a deposit has been paid.

✨ Once your order is complete and you have been notified, you will have 30 days to collect it.

✨ Orders not collected within 30 days will no longer be available, and no refund will be issued.

I truly hate having to put policies like this in place, as I’d much rather focus on creating beautiful items for my customers. However, I need to ensure Mama’s Hatch can continue to run smoothly and fairly for everyone.

To all of my wonderful customers who collect promptly when they receive their ready message — thank you. Your support, communication and understanding never go unnoticed, and I appreciate every single one of you. 💛

Baby month is finally here 🤍

As I get ready to meet my little one, Mama’s Hatch will be taking a short maternity break.
