Built so much muscle already and we are focusing on building the glutes more and more. We aren’t done. ⁣

Overall so much physically & mentally healthier and much stronger. Diet is now a focus and food choices are much better. Water in-take has improved massively. (used to drink water maybe 1 litre a day and now getting in 3 litres per day🙌🏼🙌🏼)⁣
