Here is another “baby on the way” blanket and hat set by using Flutterby Chunky Yarn in baby soft pink and white, it’s so soft and gentle for a new baby.
This went straight to a special little girl ready for her being born, there is no greater feeling than seeing your makes being used and treasured on such a special moment of a new baby being born it absolutely fills my heart with happiness 💗

One of my favourite blankets to make is called “Baby on the way” blanket and hat (pattern is by Kerry Jayne Designs), it’s just so soft and squishy as it’s made with a soft chenille type yarn called “James C Brett Flutterby Chunky”
It was also the first blanket I ever made thanks to kerry’s easy to understand patterns!

The blanket is 20inches by 24inches so it’s perfect for the hospital cot and then used to bring the baby home in the car seat with the super soft hat. It’s such a great gift at baby showers too. Xx

It can be made in so many colours like a pure white for gender neutral in one solid colour or stripes to match a customised theme like this one in Soft Blue/Pure White/Mint Green version

It’s a pumpkin 🎃 in so crafty yarn from in chunky cream and chocolate for the stem. We have the finished project! It was completed the other day but I wanted to wait as I have now set myself an area to take photos of my work with the natural light. The Pattern is by called brightest start blanket so easy to follow loved doing something new using Aran yarn brand Deramores(unfortunately this brand is discontinued) in colour Pewter ⭐️🌟
