CINDERFEST EDITION #3
What a day. The weather was against us but we couldn’t be happier with how the day went. Thank you all so so so much for coming out in your droves and supporting us AGAIN at our annual street party.
There’s a huge amount of people to thank so forgive me if I miss you out.
Biggest shout out to Amy Bower for being the mastermind behind the day. So much red tape, so much back and forth, many many hours spent fitting as much as possible into the smallest of spaces. Of course the loveliest group of staff you could possibly want at the face of everything who I’m incredibly proud of for battling through a relentless service. Henry / Lucy / Anuschka / Maddie / Bella / Tilly / Jake & Ele. Hats off to you all.
Massive thank you to and the whole kitchen team at the Lodge who worked bloody hard throughout the week with the guys ɴᴇᴡ ᴡᴀᴠᴇ ʀᴀᴍᴇɴ to break down the beef from Pamphill Butchery and put out some epic dishes. Working in those conditions is not easy.
Graeme Red Fin Cider for just being an all round legend and propping up the cider bar.
YAZADI / Singer & Entertainer for kicking off the live music, getting hit by the first big downpour but being completley unfazed. All the other musicians and Tommy for bringing the night in.
Pastuzos Nelson Social Barbershop Fereday (James & Morgan) LogJam UK Ninetyfive & Co • 95&CO Clay and Salt Ceramics for bringing all the beautiful, retro goods and for being just a lovely bunch of people.
Of course all the guys TATTOO STUDIO - POOLE UK for enduring an overwhelming amount of flash tattoos. Hero’s.
The last few weeks and months have been a bit rocky for obvious reasons but yesterday was a heartwarming reminder of the fact we’re doing and getting something (just about) right.
