And because no good morning should end without a hot drink … At Dawn Café will be open afterwards for hot beverages ☕️ and a sweet snack 🍪 before you head off to take on the day.

Some mornings just remind you why we do this. 🌊☀️

This morning’s dip was one of those. The sea was beautiful, the sun was shining, and there was such a calm, gentle feeling in the air.

A huge thank you to the lovely Joanne for hosting today’s dip so beautifully. 💛 It felt really special to share the morning together.

Whether you came for the sea, the conversation, or simply a slower start to your weekend, thank you for being part of it.
