What a wonderful Sunday we had teaching Yoga 🌻 who would like to join us again? Please come and visit this wonderful farm, they have a perfect space for picnics Picking your own sunflowers just for £1 each and Friday-Sunday 12pm onwards a little cafe set up, pizza and drinks 😍 how lucky are we to be near something so beautiful!!!

Yoga by the Sunflowers this Sunday North Farm Horton 9-10am after class you will be able to pick your own bunch of sunflowers 🌻 class will be £15 and this includes your bunch of sunflowers ✨🙏🏽 come and join us for a wonderful morning in the most beautiful setting.

You will need a yoga mat/ beach towel, water, sun cream ☀️ as it’s going to be a warm morning.

What a wonderful session we had at Park Yoga Christchurch last Sunday on international yoga day ☀️🙏🏽✨ we also received some lovely feedback which is so nice to hear ♥️

☀️ Apply sunscreen before you arrive.
💧 Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.
🧘‍♀️ Wear comfortable clothing and don’t forget your yoga mat.

As an extra treat, Park Yoga will be giving away Yogi Tea samples for everyone to enjoy after the session! 🍵
