Textile art doesn't have to mean quilting or sewing in the traditional sense. Spend a day exploring collage, embroidery, appliqué, and free composition. Mix fabrics, threads, and techniques to create whatever emerges.

Some people walk in with an idea and a reference. Some work inspired by Hannah's art in the studio. Others discover their piece as they work. All are welcome.

This is the workshop for anyone who wants to make something entirely personal, without the pressure of 'right' or 'wrong'.

This quilt block originates with the Seminole Native Americans in Florida, emerging from the need to make use of tiny scraps of fabric in hard times.

The striking geometric patterns look beautifully intricate, and are a great way to expand your patchwork quilting skills.

Seminole patchwork uses clever strip-piecing, and you will learn two distinct Seminole designs in the three hours.

For those who have enjoyed several patchwork quilt projects, this is the perfect next step to build your skills repertoire.

Made a quilt before but want something with more visual impact?

A bordered nine patch quilt turns a simple pattern into something that really sings. We'll use jelly roll strips (pre-cut fabric bundles that save us thinking too hard about fabric choices), and guide you through piecing, creating a quilt sandwich, quilting with the machine, and binding.

This is the sweet spot- beginner-friendly, but a quilt that is too mesmerising to resist for a quilter of any level.
