A little moving shop for little moving people...

CeCe & Me is a mobile shoe shop for pre-schoolers that aims to bring local parents an easy, relaxed way to shop for shoes for their small people.

✨ I HAVE EXCITING NEWS ✨

You may (or may not!) have noticed that I’ve been posting way less here and have been winding down on pop ups and home visits…

I’ve been busy working on something really special for the little people of Bath. A long-held pipe dream of opening a magical children’s lifestyle store, coming into reality really soon.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes shot of me working with my gorgeous, clever friends at who have helped get my new branding up together.

🍁 Let’s go, autumn! 🍁

Boots and boots and cuuute boots ready for keeping little adventurers warm and dry. The weather has definitely turned… I think I am ready to admit it now.

I’m popping up this coming Friday 26th September, so come down, have a measure, have a look at my cute Autumn/Winter range.

What a fab summer I’ve had in my very own space behind fitting shoes for the little folk of Bath!

I’m there till the end of this week for last minute school shoes and preschooler shoes before terms kick off across the land but…

Here are a few tips for keeping those feet healthy and getting those new kicks lasting as long as possible:
- if still time, get your small people to wear their new school shoes around the house before they start back. It will get them used to being in structured shoes after our long and dreamily hot summer.
- Check that socks haven’t got too small or too worn out at the heel etc. If they are too big they will bundle up in the shoe. If they are too small they will pull on toes or pull down at the back and cause rubbing.
- Do drills with your kids so they’re putting on and taking off their shoes properly (opening up the straps, rather than just pulling them off or shoving feet in). It’ll help the shoes last longer.
- Encourage your kids not to use their toe as a break on scooters and bikes. Need I say more.
- Look after the leather. Especially as the weather turns wet and cold. A little polish every school hols goes a long way!
