Get ready to step inside some of Angus’s most fascinating buildings, hidden gems and much-loved local landmarks as Doors Open Days returns on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September.
From historic houses and churches to museums, community spaces, food and drink venues, nature sites and local heritage attractions, this is your chance to see Angus from a whole new perspective — and enjoy a brilliant free day out.
This year’s programme includes venues such as Arbroath Community Fire Station, RNLI Arbroath Lifeboat, Arbroath Signal Tower Museum, Hospitalfield, Glencadam Distillery Visitor Centre, Kinnaird Castle, The Pictish Room at Aberlemno Village Hall, Kirriemuir Camera Obscura & Cafe Obscura, Tayside Police Museum Kirriemuir, Montrose Basin Wildlife Reserve and Visitor Centre, St Marnock’s Church and many more.
