St David’s Day offers a golden opportunity to greet any friends, family and colleagues from Wales in their native tongue.

In the Welsh language, “Happy St David’s Day” translates as “Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus”.

If Welsh pronunciation isn’t your strong point, a rough phonetic translation of the phrase would be: “deethe goil Dewi hapeece”.

Unfortunately our market in Bath was cancelled today. We were very disappointed but with what’s going on elsewhere in the world, we mustn’t complain too much.

Our next market will be in Swansea at the Vintage and Makers Market at the National Waterfront Museum, organised by It’s an exciting and eclectic mix of vintage and artisan traders.

Saturday and Sunday 12/13th March 10-4pm. FREE ENTRY!

We are finally off back to France, yay!

Three months without any new French stock…we’ve given ourselves another well deserved pat on the back for keeping our small business going yet again.

Thanks must also go to you, our gorgeous customers who support us with your purchases; our gorgeous Instagram and Facebook followers with your much appreciated likes, comments and shares; and the gorgeous organisers of the fairs and markets we have sold at recently for giving us the opportunity to sell our wares and reach a wider audience. We always gain lots of new followers and customers after a real life market, so thank you

BIG thanks to all our gorgeous customers in Bath today at the

It’s so important for us to get out and meet you irl. Instagram is a great resource for our business and we can all agree it has been such a godsend over the past two years, but we still enjoy meeting new and returning customers and catching up with fellow traders whom we now call friends.

We were up at 4:45am so it’s a TV dinner this evening, a well deserved gin and tonic and glass of red, The Great Pottery Throw Down then an early night!
