Stanmer Organics Open Day has arrived! A chance to escape the city and rediscover nature for your soul. Venture into Stanmer Park to find this community village full of amazing opportunities for everyone. All your favourite plots will be open and ready to welcome you with special activities and curiosities. You are welcome to walk around all the sites and to participate in the fun you will find!

Join us in our space ‘Woodcraft Workshops’, where you can learn about the courses we offer and share a whole day full of fun, music, crafts and nature power.

Here are some of the activities that we will be offering on the day. We hope to see you and connect!

All workshops are suitable for beginners and take place in the beautiful woodland at Stanmer Park.

A great day out for all! Discover the workshops and learning experiences we offer, browse our pop-up shop, play an instrument, walk around the sculptures, chat with our staff and volunteer folk! We’d be happy to talk to you about the public, private and corporate opportunities we can provide. Hope to see you there!

Come and join us for our 29th Summer Open Day
Our unique and diverse land based projects will be opening their gates for you to explore and enjoy all that is on offer. Meet the team, join a workshop, tour, enjoy a demonstration of skills. It is a free event but bring cash to buy refreshments, organic goods and/or art.
No 78 bus will bring you to Stanmer Village, follow the signs from here.
Dress code- farm (all terrain shoes and clothing)
Dogs on leads are welcome.

We’re very grateful for the help we’ve had from Claudette, and other volunteers over the years, and we’re lucky enough to have a great bunch of volunteers with us at the moment.

Among other things, they’re involved in helping us to get ready for the next Stanmer Organics OPEN DAY on Saturday 25th July. It’s always a fun, family day. Do pop the date in your diary!

Supporting nature, while being immersed in it, is what we offered here, as more beautiful, unique and natural bird boxes were made. It’s always a pleasure to see students get creative and learn new skills through the process. Thanks for getting stuck in and working so hard for our feathered friends.

These bird boxes are perfect for our little garden visitors such as sparrows, robins and blue t**s. If we get footage of any new residents we’ll share it here so watch this space.

This was our last public bird box workshop of the season. However, if you have a group of 4-8 people who’d like to make one, or you’d like to do a corporate awayday, do get in touch as we could do a bespoke workshop for you.
