No market for me tomorrow!

With winds of up to 47kph and rain forecast for the majority of the day I’ve decided not to trade💔
(Im going to go for lunch/cinema instead😂 but please don’t tell anyone!)

But fear not! You can find my wares in Brighton 7 days a week, come rain or shine!

I have two shop spaces in Brightons North Laine area, both have a selection of my bestselling handmade homewares, also has a range of handpicked vintage homewares and .attic is the place if you’re looking for accessories 🧡

Both shops are worth a visit, alongside myself houses more than 50 traders selling all sorts of wonderful things! And .attic is a collective of around a dozen makers and vintage sellers, it’s a truly fabulous place!

Hopefully I’ll be back at my market next Saturday, but you know where to find me the rest of the time!!

To celebrate 3 years of not drinking booze, I’ve made a wine rack😂

Although I’ve managed to give drinking a miss for the last 3 years, I can still appreciate the need for a cool wine rack🤣 I had an idea stuck in my head, and this is one version which has made it from my head into the real world🍾

I’m calling this one Vellocet, as I think it wouldn’t look out of place in the Korova Milk Bar from A Clockwork Orange 🍊

First question of the day… Is this all you’ve got?🫠

And the answer today is yes….BUT! I have loads more things in store and .attic and on by online store! And also things I’ve made but never got around to showing anyone😂

Honestly I don’t think this question was meant in a rude way at all, I just thought it would make a vaguely funny post. I always bring a selection of things to market, but the truth is I make all sorts of things! But I can only for so much in the car!

Anyway, I’ll be here at Upper Gardner Street until about 4pm today, but you can still find my wares at and .attic 7 days a week💛

What is it with cats and cutting out fabric🤣

Tuesday mornings are now my dedicated half day off. After working Saturdays on the market and my Monday shift .attic I’ve started letting myself have a cheeky morning off on Tuesdays 😂

I haven’t managed to get any sewing done for aaaaaaages, and since the weather is hotting up I need more summer dresses! But my cat Silver had other plans. So I’ll just have to cut around her for now!

If I ever get to finish this dress I’ll post a picture! But don’t hold your breath!
