Thank you all so much for your wonderful messages following on from this mornings email. In case you missed it, I am taking time away from the workshop as of mid December.

Lisa & I are working hard on the last ball bag re-stock, after everything online sells out the workshop and office will remain closed for the time being. If there is something your would like - don't hesitate and treat yourself now we are closing on the 15th December.

COURSES & DIY - All online courses will remain active, I am hoping to add to these so you can get a little slice of H&H at home.

With Christmas gifting on the horizon I am making some more of our bento bags out of the ice dyed cotton now available in the H&H shop. Our online course gives you all the information you need to draw out your pattern and make up your first bento bag. From there you can add patches, embroidery or even line them and make a two tone bag!

First up you will need -
Access to our online sewing course
A sewing machine
Half a meter of cotton or linen and matching thread
A pair of scissors
Pins
and half an hour in which to make them up (Maybe an hour for the first one)

What you'll get from this is a skill you can use over and over again to make bags for you, and your family and friends. They are one of the most versatile bags I make on repeat and can be used for just about anything!

Why a magnet on your wrist?
These are the little gift you didn't know you needed... Each one has a set of 4 strong magnets set in the leather enabling you to hold your pins when sewing, cable needles or stitch markers when knitting and crocheting.

Each one is finished with a brass press stud set in the leather and away from the skin as not to irritate those that are sensitive to metals.

We've just restocked and this is the last batch available, they're going fast!

Accidentally talking to myself and creating a denim and ice dyed tie top bag. If you’ve already purchased a copy of our online course you’ll receive an email soon with details on how to make this lined version.

I wanted to try and see how long these bags take and even with my creative chaos and an exploding iron I made this one in under half an hour. That’s a really lovely Christmas present for someone this year.
