The drop in heat wasn’t as big as we expected - we are closing early again today for the welfare of our staff and customers 💕 please please spread the word as we don’t want anyone to have a wasted journey to us. We are hoping tomorrow will be back to normal as the forecast is cloudy and it’s the sun through our windows that causes the problem ☀️ thanks for your understanding 🥰

Our shop may be beautiful, but it’s not air conditioned and in the afternoon today was uncomfortably hot 🥵 we’ve made the decision to open and close early on Wednesday and Thursday for everyone’s comfort 💕 why not take advantage of the time off school to pop in 🥰✨ Weds and Thurs 9am-2pm please spread the word 😎

This term, we were thrilled to receive a £20 voucher from the wonderful Dancewell Ltd in Cotham; a dancewear institution established in 1959 and one of our most treasured recommendations for any dancer moving on to pointe. They run a goodwill initiative, and this term's voucher was ours to award to a student who showed particular kindness and support to their fellow dancers over the course of the show weekend.

We asked our chaperones for nominations. But before we'd even sent the form, an email arrived from a parent chaperone who simply couldn't wait to tell us about two students who had stood out.

Huge congratulations to Leah and Amber. 🎉

Their chaperone wanted to acknowledge the maturity, kindness, calm and genuine teamwork they brought to the entire weekend. They were there for their fellow dancers, every step of the way.

Leah and Amber you should be incredibly proud of yourselves. This is exactly what ROKH is about. Well done, both of you. 💜
