🚨 Just another Friday troubleshooting in the world of hirewear! 🚨
Talk about a rollercoaster week! On Tuesday, a customer came in needing a full kilt outfit for a wedding in Scotland this weekend.
Here is how the drama unfolded:
Wednesday: Outfit dispatched, set to arrive at his Bristol address on Thursday.
Thursday: Roadworks caused a 24-hour DPD delay. The issue? He was leaving to drive up to Dumfries that very evening! 🚗💨
Enter the ultimate rescue mission. 🙌
Kerri at our hire company offered to personally hand-deliver a backup outfit to his house on her way home for the weekend (she grew up nearby!). Meanwhile, we arranged for another outfit to be sent directly to his destination in Dumfries.
The result? It arrived in Scotland this morning, and he just messaged to say it fits perfectly! 🎉
We are incredibly lucky to have a 20+ year partnership with a hire company that treats our customers like family. A massive shout-out to Kerri for going above and beyond at the start of her weekend to save the day!

When a client walks in needing a kilt outfit for a Glasgow wedding tomorrow, you don’t say no—you think outside the box. 📦 David rushed in from Bath today needing a specific look. We didn’t have the exact sample in store, so we pulled some strings. Tomorrow, he lands in Scotland, takes a taxi straight to our supplier’s warehouse, gets changed, and heads out for a beer before the 2 PM wedding. Safe to say he was thrilled—he even gifted me a bottle of Prosecco for making it happen! 🥂 Cheers David, have a legendary time. CustomerFirst

Join us in wishing Caitlin a massive HAPPY 21ST BIRTHDAY! 🎂✨
Caitlin has been managing the shop for 6 months now, bringing a fresh pair of eyes and a whole lot of inspiration to the business. If she’s not busy keeping things running smoothly here, she’s dragging me off to trade shows to find the next big thing for our customers.
As the third generation of female leadership here, she’s making waves. The best part? Hearing from all of you. I rarely work a shift without a customer telling me how wonderfully Caitlin looked after them.
