Rather than the panic of rushing through it, I am so excited to enjoy the slower, simpler moments.
Of course there is a lot of overwhelm that comes with it hello school holidays 👋 but there is also so much fun in the break from the everyday routine. The unhurried days, the spontaneous plans, the moments that don’t need to be anywhere or anything.
A simple British summertime with some beautiful weather is just dreamy, thank you very much ☀️🌿

I have around 30 minutes to get ready. That is the season of life I’m in right now.
Gone are the days of a leisurely holiday. Getting ready with a cocktail in hand? No chance. Three kids, sun cream everywhere, and a to-do list that doesn’t care you’re on holiday.
The evenings though are totally different and I love that about a European holiday. A slower pace, eating outdoors, the kids playing or causing chaos. The views completely insane.
