Fancy increasing your step count for a good cause?

In June, the National Kidney Foundation would like people to walk, run or dog walk 60,000 steps to raise vital funds for kidney patients and take part in the Best Foot Forward challenge.

The 60,000 steps represents the 60,000 people in the UK who are on dialysis or have received a kidney transplant (and I am one of those people).
