After a fab workshop at the recent with making a big hotel - I’ve made another! This time it’s bigger and more of a bug ‘spa resort’ 😂 I’d got a spare gabion cage from our garden makeover that I wired together, a spare roof tile and items I’ve collected over the past few months all came together in this high rise construction! May move it but it’s currently in a sheltered position that gets a bit of sun.

I’m so very chuffed with my first ‘proper’ hand painted sign! No computers, nothing digital, just my own two hands and pencil, ruler and paintbrush… maybe some swearing (and almost a tear) - but very happy with the result. I was so so fortunate to spend a whole week with on a signwriting course run by .carter in June which was an incredible week of intense learning and just ‘doing’. I cannot stress enough how fantastic this course was and would highly recommend it. The location was great, the people - amazing, Goofy the dog - gorgeous, and the endless laughs - brilliant. Joby’s ‘dad jokes’ on the other hand…errr debatable 🤣🤣 (joking Mr Carter)!I shall continue to practice, practice, PRACTICE which is definitely the name of the game! My mantra now is…”what would Joby say” 😆

I’m having the best time with ❤️ and learning the intricacies of - surrounded by a wonderful group of new creative friends! It’s honestly been a brilliant experience and tomorrow is the last day 😭
