When I started Teacups & Wishes, I never wanted to just be a china hire company. I wanted to be the person a DIY bride could turn to when she needed advice, reassurance, ideas, or simply someone to talk things through with.

Heidi planned her wedding herself, and throughout the journey we helped with the little details, answered all those questions that pop up along the way, helped find a caterer, supplied our beautiful vintage china and brought her own DIY décor together on the day.

The china is always a special part of what we do, but for me it’s the trust and relationships that make it truly magical. 🤍

Today we had the absolute pleasure of styling Amy’s enchanting Bridgerton-inspired Baby Shower – a celebration fit for Lady Whistledown herself. 🌸🫖✨

Beautifully organised by her wonderful friend Gemma at the Parkgate Inn, every detail came together so perfectly. Guests were treated to the most scrumptious afternoon tea by Poppy Lane Bakery, while created the dreamiest balloon display to complete the scene. Beautiful cake created by Nikki’s creation cakes.

After indulging in delicate sandwiches, sweet treats and endless cups of tea, we left the ladies to enjoy the sunshine with their partners and little ones, followed by even more celebrations with a bouncy castle for the children. It was such a joyful, love-filled afternoon, and we feel incredibly lucky to have been a small part of such a special occasion.

Thankfully, the sunshine was much kinder to us today too, making everything feel even more magical. ☀️
