Been away due to illness again. Actually feeling differently to normal so feel I'm going into remission so while the sun shines I'm getting on it!!! New stack regime and vitamin started with GH added. Looking for sick gains in next 3 months so excited to start again. Starting weight exactly 11 stone. 💪💪💪

4 years today since I lost my heart and the single most important baby boy. Im sat here going through what keepsakes and precious memories I have. While all the time thinking this is it I won't ever get to make anymore with you and it breaks me everytime. 4 years wondering 4 years wondering and wishing things were so different.
