š£ WEāRE HIRING ā FULL-TIME SALES ASSISTANT OR MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Weāve been looking for the right person to join our team on a part-time basis, but weāve decided to open things up a littleā¦ because sometimes the right person doesnāt necessarily come with the ārightā CV!
Weāre now looking for someone to join us full-time, either as an experienced Sales Assistant or as someone who would love the opportunity to train towards a retail management role with us.
You might already have retail experience ā or you might have none at all.
What matters most to us is you.
Weāre a small, independent family business, so personality, attitude and getting on with people mean a lot more to us than ticking boxes on a CV.
Weād love to hear from someone who:
Loves clothes and fashion
Genuinely enjoys talking to and helping people
Is friendly, confident and approachable
Isnāt afraid of hard work and getting stuck in
Wants to be part of a small team
Is keen to learn, develop and take on responsibility
For the right person, we can offer full management training, real responsibility and the opportunity to grow with our business.
Retail experience would be great, but enthusiasm, reliability and the right personality are much more important to us.
Working for a small family business means we all muck in, we look after our customers, we support each other, and we genuinely care about what we do.
