To all my future brides, this lady is on the same wavelength as I am. One difference, I time all my work, an approximation is given, so you aren't over charged.
Two wedding dresses left last week. One took 32 minutes to unpick the hem, the other over two hours, similar time to replace, so should they both have had the same cost?

Krista had tried a playsuit with an over skirt, but I pointed out that it's a long day being unable to pop to the loo!
So we designed and created a peplum bodice , keyhole back, silk jersey lined shorts and a skirt that sat under the peplum to create an illusion of a dress.

Proms are on the horizon, so I put this together to aid busy Mums.
Please be aware of what you buy, they are there to sell to you, not necessarily give you the best advice. For me,it's all about the service. So when you're shopping, bear in mind, not only does the dress have to look good on the day, but it also has to photograph well. Let's face it, it's all about the pics these days.
Many of the dresses you'll try will have no stretch. This means they have to be fitted, regardless of what the label says. So be aware that labels can always be moved, but your body can't be changed. One of my favourite tips is to look for a dress that can be cut down. Why invest considerable amounts in something to be bunged in a wardrobe afterwards?
Another, no bling on it? I have a vast selection of ways to make your dress truly VERY YOU! From diamante trims to Swarovski crystals in a huge array of colours. Factor that into our budget. Always best to err on the side of slightly loose, rather than too tight. Much more difficult to let out than to take in.

The pattern cutting is so bad. I have put this on me, of course, a six foot size ten, a five two size 18, even a five six size 26. It suits, let alone fits noone! On me, sleeves are too short as they have cut the shoulder to fitted shirt instead of dropping the shoulder/sleeve head.
The curve on the top of the sleeve is for a drop shoulder, however the armhole isn't, all the excess being under the armhole.
No wonder their sales are dropping
