A walk through of a few favourite pieces in at the moment - 2000’s Levi’s Engineered Jeans Jacket. Coming just a few years after C.P. Company & Stone Island Founder Massimo Osti worked as an external lead designer at the brand from 1998 to 2001.

FW 2003 Final Home Temperature Change Jacket. Kosuke Tsumura founded inal Home in 1992 after years insiders that Issev Mivake’s desian studio. His premise was radical and specific sland iacket
“if I lose my home due to disaster, war, unemployment, etc., what kind of clothes can I propose as a fashion designer?” The answer was a line of multi-pocket survival jackets. A home you could wear.
Pockets deep enough to stuff with newspaper for insulation. A silhouette designed to shelter the body when nothing else would.

The Issey Miyake “Skyline” jackets were introduced in 1982 as part of a promotional collaboration marking the launch of the Nissan Skyline R30.

Being sold in Nissan dealerships the project matched the era’s experimental industrial spirit in Japanese design, translating automotive and aerodynamic engineering into functional “street armor” and technical outerwear.

FW/2002 Final Home Interchangeable Split Hood Vest ⚙️

This pieces does exactly that. Featuring a half duel layer panel to the chest deep enough to stuff with news paper for insulation & a split interchangeable hood which serves as a sleeping bag style cover. Toggled hood & side panel for a tighter, warmer fit. In a ripstop camo outer shell & padded inner.
