Wonderful record...

Alyse Ogletree from Texas has reclaimed the Guinness World Record for "the largest donation of breastmilk by an individual" after gifting more than 2,600 litres of her own to milk banks in the US.

Milk banks are charities that offer potentially lifesaving breastmilk to babies whose mothers can't produce enough on their own.

Alyse says it feels "remarkable and amazing" to know that she's been able to help around 350,000 babies and their families.
