hello everyone, just a wee explanation for the silence on here over the past couple of months⬇️

starting a business during lockdown was one of the best things that could’ve happened to me, I’m so fortunate to have been kept busy and happy while I know it was not the best time for everyone. Coming out of lockdown, a rough couple of months business-wise and paired with having a really hard time mentally, I don’t have the energy to run my wee biz anymore😕

I’m heartbroken it’s come to this, but the pressure of having to come back at some point and not knowing for sure hasn’t made for a relaxing time, and made something I once loved feel like such a chore- which it was never meant to be!

I’m so grateful for all the support over the past two years, you’ve all been incredible and made me very happy! I’ve loved running a small biz and it’s kept me going through some hard times. This isn’t a goodbye forever, but for now I need the uncertainty about when I’m coming back to be gone.

No doubt I’ll pick up my hoop and needle again at some point, and please feel free to contact me regarding bespoke orders too💕

believe it or not stitching this was my first ever hoop! Almost 2 years of SewSheStitchesCo and hundreds of items of clothing, and not one hoop until this week! and I couldn’t be happier to make it for the lovely !💕

this design is my pride and joy, and it still fills my heart when people love it too! I made 4 reels of the process I was that excited🤣

when stitching this I had the weirdest feeling of deja vu, and then I realised! The last time I stitched with these colours was for another autumn order for the lovely a year ago🤭 I think this jumper has major Gilmore girls vibes, what do you think?
