A little message to all my lovely customers 💕
Firstly, thank you so much for keeping me so busy. I’m incredibly grateful for every one of you who chooses me for your alterations.
As my business has grown, I just need to ask for a little understanding. I work from home and complete all alterations myself, so I have to work through jobs in the order they are booked.
Please don’t tell me when you’ll be collecting your items, as I can’t always have them ready by the date you choose. I’ll always let you know when your alterations are completed and ready for collection. My current turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks, UNLESS we’ve agreed otherwise before you leave your items.
I’d also appreciate it if collection times could be arranged in advance rather than popping round unexpectedly, as working from home doesn’t always mean I’m available and I don’t want you to be wasting your time.
Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support. I truly appreciate every one of my customers, and I want to make sure I can continue providing the best quality service for everyone that I can. ❤️
