NEW BRAND: SAUCONY 👟

We’re excited to welcome Saucony to Unit 17.

With a running heritage dating back to 1898, Saucony brings over a century of performance footwear together with some seriously distinctive archive-inspired design.

For our first collection, we’ve picked out two standout lifestyle models:

ProGrid Omni 9 — technical, early-2000s running energy with plenty of character.

Shadow 5000 — a cleaner retro runner, originally introduced in 1989.

Two very different takes on Saucony’s running heritage, both made for everyday wear. Pair them with denim, relaxed trousers or contemporary workwear and you’re good to go.

Four years in Cardiff.

This is a hard one to write, and even harder to put out into the world.

Just a few weeks ago, we were on the knife edge of having to close the doors. After four years of pouring everything into this little shop, that was a pretty terrifying place to be.

But somehow, we made it through.

And we’re still here. More importantly, we’ve got plans to be here for many more years to come.

So, on our 4th anniversary, we’re asking for your support. To everyone who has shopped with us over the last four years — thank you. And if you’ve never been in, maybe now is the time to come and say hello.

Supporting independent businesses means so much more than buying something. It helps keep Morgan’s Arcade alive, supports the people behind Cardiff’s independent businesses and helps keep the city’s culture, character and creativity going.

We’ve got some seriously exciting deliveries planned and landing soon, including new arrivals from BEAMS, Saucony, Kappy and more, alongside store favourites Universal Works, Carhartt, FrizmWORKS, Gramicci and plenty more.

We’re not ready to give up on this place yet.
