Welcome to VinteFairies!
We’re here to turn your closet chaos into cold, hard cash—with minimal effort from you. By using our service, you agree to the following terms:
📦 1. Item Collection
• We’ll collect your items either via scheduled pickup or drop-off (fairy dust not required).
• Items must be clean, sellable, and in good condition. We reserve the right to decline any items we believe won’t sell or don’t meet Vinted standards.
💸 2. Selling Options
You can choose one of two magical selling models:
A. Fixed Bag Buyout
• We offer you a flat rate for your entire bag of items, based on brand, condition, and resale value.
• Once accepted, the items become our property to resell as we see fit.
• Payment is made via [bank transfer/PayPal/Revolut] within 7 days of agreement.
B. Split Profits (70/30)
• We list, promote, and sell your items individually on Vinted.
• Once an item sells, you receive 30% of the final sale price (after platform fees).
• Payments are sent monthly, with a detailed breakdown of what sold and how fabulously.
📸 3. Listings & Pricing
• Listings include professional photos, optimized descriptions, and smart tagging (we’re keyword wizards).
• Pricing is based on brand, condition, market trends, and seasonal demand.
• You trust us to work our magic—no micromanaging required.
🔁 4. Unsold Items
• After [90 days], if items haven’t sold, you can choose to:
• Have them returned to you
• Donate them to charity
• Leave them with us for future re-listing or bundle deals
We’ll check in to confirm your preference before the clock strikes midnight.
🔐 5. Liability
• We handle your items with care, but we’re not liable for items lost or damaged in transit or due to platform-related issues once listed.
• By working with us, you acknowledge that resale depends on market demand—and some things take longer to find their new home.

• You agree to respond promptly to messages about item approval, payout, or listing questions.
