There is so much terrible menswear advice online. Every time I scroll through social media you see it.

The only advice I’d give is to find trusted sources, and remember that if you don’t feel your best self in something, regardless of what fashion and influencers say trust your gut.

This is one of my favourite photos of a Tasker & Shaw wedding suit.

Not because it's posed. It isn't. No photographers line-up, no best-of-fifty. Just a groom with a pint at the reception, caught mid-moment.

That's exactly why I love it. A well-made suit shouldn't need a pose to look right. It should hold its shape when you're not thinking about it, still sitting well, still doing its job, hours after you put it on.

That's the whole point of made-to-measure. Not how it looks in the mirror at 9 am. How it looks at the end of the day, when you've forgotten you're wearing it.

It’s pictures like this that make our hearts sing. We talk about making grooms be co-stars of their wedding and Mahdi and Tori look every inch the leading couple on their wedding day.

These handmade-to-order shoes went out to the client last week. Black Italian kid leather with a hand polished toe, handmade to order and specification in our Spanish workshop. They make me want another pair. What about you?

This gorgeous Prince of Wales check in stunning Bateman Ogden English virgin wool is something a little special.

The whole suit picture is embargoed until after my client’s wedding but I have permission to share just a taste on here.

The perfect cloth is the starting point for the perfect suit. We don’t do mediocre.
