This is further defined to establish a clear brief, develop ideas, develop concepts, or simply involves setting out and solving the problem, addressing issues such as flexibility, efficiency and effectiveness. We also offer a post occupancy role, helping building users and occupiers to enjoy the full potential of their work or learning environments; conducting user surveys to learn from practical experience to inform future projects.
