Hi all

How did you Christmas and New Years go?

Ours was quiet, but we managed to zoom and wave at a distance to all our loved ones.

So, Tier 4 and classes. This week all will be on zoom.

THERE IS SOME LEGISLATION THAT SEEMS TO SUPPORT FACE TO FACE CLASSES, BUT IT IS A LITTLE OPEN TO INTERPRETATIONS SO I AM AWAITING FEEDBACK AND GUIDANCE FROM TRADING STANDARDS.

SO ON LINE CLASSES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS THIS WEEK-

Pregnancy Yoga and Antenatal class- Tuesday 7pm
Baby Massage and Parenting- Tuesday 10am
Baby Yoga- Friday 11.30am

Message me if you would like a spot.

More on line and maybe face to face classes will be announced in due course once I know what I am able to provide.

Post Natal online Yoga will be returning soon too. xx
