We’re so excited to be hiring for an entirely new role as our lead bridal stylist + seamstress!

We’re looking for a passionate and creative individual who has experience in dressmaking + bridal alterations to look after our boutique in Chelmsford & our incredible brides!

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

⚡️A passion for luxury fashion/bridalwear
⚡️Experience in retail
⚡️Seamstress + dressmaking skills
⚡️Exceptional customer service skills
⚡️Ambition + drive to work within a small but growing company

You must be willing + able to work weekends!

The role will require you to be able to undertake alterations off-site on your own premises or to be willing to create your own space here in the boutique.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who would like to work in a fun + creative role but also develop their own seamstress/dressmaking career with our help!

We’ve already gained a new member of our marketing team this week (there’ll be a proper introduction soon!) but we’re looking for another (or 2!)

Through the government kickstart scheme, we have two vacancies for content creators here at RTF!

The perfect person will be a talented and dedicated social media addict who has a passion for fashion or bridal and can create inspiring content across different mediums and channels for RTF!

The role will involve working from home with occasional travel to our Essex + Brighton boutiques so based around those locations please!

The incredible Turkish designer, is with us exclusively in the UK and we are so proud to have their incredible pieces on our rails! Completely sustainable and ecological, these pieces are ideal for our brides who want something refined, but intriguing without doing harm to the planet 🍃

⚡️Our lead Essex stylist, Gabrielle, identifies as a bi femme and a le***an, or Q***r if you’re nasty 😉; she’s engaged to her fiancee, who identifies as a non-binary le***an and they also work in weddings as an events and weddings manager!
⚡️we ask for and will honor the pronouns you provide when filling out your appointment details.
⚡️we understand that not every bride wants to wear a dress; any outfit can be a frock, just as long as you’re rocking it, babe! Our separates and jumpsuits are amazing options and we’re hoping to have some incredible suits soon!
⚡️we believe that anybody can be a bride and that any body can wear bridal! We are thrilled to support the non-binary and trans members of the Q***r community and welcome you to send us a message before booking in so you can hear from us personally how we can support you.
⚡️July was month and we are always happy to accommodate any and all accessibility needs for yourself and those who join you. Trying on dresses can be hard on the body, so don’t be afraid to voice your needs!
