Lucy Can’t Dance started life as a singular, sparkly dream back in 2013, when I took my love of vintage style to the next level, by creating my own vintage-inspired collection. But while I’d always loved concocting my own visions and bringing them to life through fashion, I never would have imagined making bridal wear. That all changed in 2015, when a friend gave me the honour, and the challenge,
of making a bespoke dress for her wedding day. I loved every moment of weaving my signature style into a bridal dress, and that paved the way to Lucy Can’t Dance alternative bridal wear. The Lucy Can’t Dance bridal collection is created for brides who are searching for an outfit that embraces their style and personality, without it feeling like a “bridal” costume.
