Lovely day catching up with Pete despite blanking and his awful filming skills!

The wind and the heat of the water was against us but we kept going until we had to admit defeat. Nice visit to Steve’s Baits too. If you’re in Newport it’s a great shop!

Recently I started pickleball. I had never heard of it but my gym started running coached sessions. I thought I would give it a go as thought would be nice to try a new sport.

I’m so glad I did as not only has it encouraged me to be healthier, I have met lots of people and it’s been great for my mental health. I come out buzzing everytime.

And I’m actually pretty good 😏
