We are excited to announce that we have opened an shop. We are slowly adding items to our shop but we’re beginning with our hand-made fascinators and hatinators to get you ready for next months Cheltenham Festival 🐎🐎🐎

This is a fabulous hatinator on a metal band for ease of wear. It is made entirely of vintage materials with the addition of a couple of pheasant feathers. The fur is real fur, the brooch is from the 1940s as us the fabric. Great for any formal occasion and the fabrics make it very wearable with a

This is such an amazing piece!! It would make a truly incredible alternative wedding dress.

A truly stunning 1940s velvet evening gown with grosgrain silk ribbon detail to the neckline and skirt.

The bodice is fully b***d and there is integral corsetry. The skirt is cut to a bustle form at the rear and to show this off, I have added a bustled underskirt (not included - it could take considerably more padding!!). This gown can of course be worn without the bustle underskirt and this can be seen in one of the pictures. The dress fastens with a metal side zip. There is a short net underskirt, but no other lining.

The quality, cut and condition of this gown is exceptional - totally unique and totally gorgeous. There are no flaws to note; the velvet is the blackest black with no signs of wear. The only point to mention is that one of the metal bones needs securing. This isn’t visible when worn. Simply sublime!

This is not caravan towing weather!
We were intending being at the Berkeley Hunt Point to Point tomorrow but have decided that the torrential rain has put paid to that idea!
We know lots of you were hoping to see us there and will be disappointed but we will make sure we are out and about in the next week or two.

We are so excited to be taking Shirley, our travelling vintage boutique, to the Berkeley Hunt Races next Saturday, 28th April.
